項(xiàng)目成果：

1、為客戶節(jié)約直接采購成本約50萬元，粉末噴槍運(yùn)營費(fèi)用（耗材及維修)每年由每套1.5萬元/年降至每套0.2萬元/年。
2、提升涂層品質(zhì)，提升產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)與形象。 
3、配備Haztek SpgcsV3.0控制系統(tǒng)，實(shí)現(xiàn)智能化生產(chǎn)，提高生產(chǎn)流程的自動(dòng)化和智能化水平。

1、Save customers approximately 500,000 RMB in direct procurement costs, and reduce the annual operating costs of powder spray guns (including consumables and maintenance) from the original 15,000 RMB per set per year to 2,000 RMB per set per year. 
2、Enhance the coating quality to elevate the product quality and image. 
3、Equipped with the Haztek SpgcsV3.0 control system, achieve intelligent manufacturing, and enhance the automation and intelligent level of the production process.
